Notes on the official text
- A second reading of the official text found a previous total of $1,800,000 and a new total of $3,700,000.
- The cumulative amounts are misprinted as "$1,8000,000.00" and "$3,7000,000.00", but their intended values of $1,800,000 and $3,700,000 are consistent with the $1,900,000 increase.
