Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, General Services Agreement by and between the District and Bay Alarm Company, Concord, CA, for the latter to continue to provide outside patrol services, and twenty-four (24) hour-per-day, seven (7) days per-week burglary alarm response & patrol services to the District, as stated in Section 1, Amendment 3, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an additional not-to-exceed amount of $217,436.52, increasing the Agreement’s not-to-exceed amount from $587,880.00 to $805,316.52, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025, (an additional 365 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
