Ratifies no-cost college-prep help from USF Upward Bound at three high schools

The board is ratifying two agreements with the University of San Francisco Upward Bound Project: a no-cost services agreement and a data-sharing agreement. The project will provide workshops, advising, tutoring connections, and help with college applications and financial aid at Fremont, Castlemont, and Oakland High Schools, at no cost to the district. The data-sharing agreement sets the rules for sharing student data and protecting it.
