Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to on-board and pay two Student Support Specialists under the BACR umbrella, who under school’s pathway director and school’s administrative team direction, will provide academic mentoring support to pathway students identified by pathway teachers in the form of tutoring, study skills, organizational support, and motivational support; provide a channel of information flow and support to students least likely to engage in summer programs, afterschool programs, tutoring support, enrichment activities; provide services & programs that will directly impact the performance & emotional development of English learners, foster youth, and low-income students, including, but is not limited to, tutoring, study skills, organizational support, and motivational support; and provide a channel of information flow and support to students least likely to engage in summer programs, afterschool programs, tutoring support, and enrichment activities at Fremont High School, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $181,268.75.
