Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Growing Together - Bay Area, Pinole, CA, for the latter to perform regular checks at 21 Kaboom-installed playground sites to assess maintenance needs; ensure that engineered wood fiber (EWF) is kept within the designated areas and that areas are filled with EWF to the indicated depth on the installation standards or as advised by the District; and continually assess and track maintenance needs through a shared folder, via the Office of the Chief of Systems and Services, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $114,000.00.
