Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Ummra Hang Consulting, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide services to District’s project staff and partners as a lived experience consultant for Human Trafficking Youth Prevention Education (HTYPE) on curriculum development; training of trainers (ToT); and direct staff instruction as needed, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $13,500.00.
