Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Pathful, Inc., Raleigh, NC, for the latter to provide teachers and Work Based Learning Leads access to live and virtual connections platforms that match classrooms with a network of industry professionals, virtually bringing real-world relevance and career exposure to students while providing an effective way for companies to extend education outreach and create equity of access, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference at the following schools: Sojourner Truth, Rudsdale Continuation, Dewey Academy, MetWest High School, McClymonds High School, Madison Park Academy, Castlemont High School, Oakland Senior High School, Fremont High, Oakland, Technical Senior High School, and Skyline High School, via Linked Learning Department, for the period of August 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $53,166.66.
