Approval by the Board of Education of General Services Agreement by and between the District and Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP, Livermore, CA, for the latter to perform hydrant flow testing services, as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $3,950.00, with work scheduled to commence on November 14, 2024, and scheduled for the duration of the Project (concluding approximately January 31, 2025) except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of the Agreement.
