Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Bay Area Urban Debate Commission, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide competitive debate education during the after school programs at Oakland Technical High School, Castlemont High School, Dewey Academy, and Ralph J. Bunche Academy, for the period of August 01, 2024 through June 01, 2025, in the additional amount of $42,287.50, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $7,900.00 to $50,187.50. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
