Approval by the Board of Education of a BCBA Supervision Addendum (clarifying the language specified in Section 31 of the MC), Addendum A To Non-Public Staffing Services Agreement (clarifying the language specified in Section 53 of MC), and Amendment No. [1] To SELPA Agreement (amending, supplementing, superseding, clarifying, and replacing the language specified in in Section 16(c)(ii) of the MC), respectively, of the Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/ Agency Services Master Contract (MC) 2024-25 by and between the District and Ro Health, LLC, Seattle, WA, for the latter to provide Special Education services, required by a student’s Individualized Education Program, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
