Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program (SBHIP) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and Alameda Alliance for Health, Alameda, CA, adding the Housing and Homeless Incentive Program to the MOU, as described in Exhibit A.1 of the Amendment, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with the District receiving an additional amount of up to $194,260.00 specific to that program area, increasing the MOU not-to-exceed amount from $1,686,880.73 to $1,881,140.73, and extending the term of the MOU from January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2025 to January 31, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
