Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Positive Coaching Alliance, Oakland, CA, for the latter to evaluate the Elementary Sports Program benefiting District youth in 51 elementary school sites, including administering and analyzing evaluation tools with relevant stakeholders and producing a report summarizing the impact of the Youth Elementary Sports Program (YESP) and recommendations for implementation after the fall/spring seasons of the YESP; provide training modules to support the YESP efforts to increase access for students with disabilities, assisting with pieces of training YESP provides in adaptive play; provide guidance, strategy, and execution support to aid the YESP leadership team in implementing the marketing action plan recommended in the 2024 OUSD YESP Strategic Playbook outlined in this Scope of Work, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 9, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $110,000.00.
