Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Kim Woolley, Oakland, CA, for the latter to expand work with the growth of partnerships in the after school programs and to support the development and sustainability of partnerships, with arts administration skillset, including partner communications, coordination of student feedback intake and data management, in the additional amount of $45,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $65,100.00 to $110,100.00 and extending the Agreement term from July 01, 2024 through January 31, 2025 to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
