Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement (Agreement) by and between the District and Luna Bell Industries, Pittsburg, CA, for the latter to provide additional environmental related services to reduce risk at the school sites, which includes but are not limited to collection of environmental samples such as water testing and removal of hazardous waste or debris during site recovery, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the unchanged period of July 01, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in the additional amount of $49,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $99,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
