Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Public Profit, Oakland, CA, for the latter through the SA to collaborate with the OUSD Summer team and its partners, a year-long process broken into stages, to develop a compelling OUSD Summer Story, a set of reader-friendly profiles highlighting the breadth and depth of summer opportunities supported by the District, as required by the California Department of Education for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program funding, as follows: January - March Developing a Vision and Updating; April - June, 2025: Data Collection preparation and distribution; July through September: data collection and aggregation; and October through November 2025 reporting and sharing, with each stage as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an amount not to exceed $97,600.00, for the period December 12, 2024 through November 30, 2025, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Public Profit and the protection by Public Profit, of such data, for the same term as SA, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department.
