Approval by the Board of Education of an Addendum to the Nonpublic, Nonsectarian School/Agency Services Master Contract (MC) 2024-25 by and between the District and Trumpet Behavioral Health dba The Behavior Center (TBC), Pasadena, CA, the Parties mutually agree, effective November 13, 2024, to this Addendum, pertaining to Section 64, Rate Schedule of the MC, as delineated herein, for TBC’s provision of Special Education services stated in MC, required by a student’s Individualized Education Program, for the unchanged period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
