Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding by and between the District and the Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE), Hayward, CA, with the District receiving an amount not to exceed $90,000.00, to enable the ACOE and District to provide additional SEL programming and resources for focal schools based on the behavioral health needs of priority student populations, with the goal being to equitably supplement Transformative SEL (T-SEL) implementation as a part of the CalHOPE SEL Program, as described in the MOU, incorporate herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of December 11, 2024 through May 31, 2025.
