Approves a no-dollar agreement for school instruction of children treated at Children's Hospital Oakland
Under this memorandum of understanding (MOU), the district provides instruction to K-12 children treated at the hospital through the OUSD Home and Health Program, talks with their teachers and tracks their progress. The district receives attendance-based state funding (ADA) or any other revenue calculation for the program, and the text gives no dollar figure. The agreement covers February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, so it began well before the Board vote.
