Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement For Research Services and Related Acquisition and Pilot Testing of Air Purification Equipment At Five School Sites.by and between the District and WCNSM Enterprises, LLC, dba Protect|Education, Cincinnati, OH, for the latter to provide at named sites Air Purifiers, IAQ and Attendance Study Report, receipt of Sales Tax, and pursuant to Note to Customer, as specified in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, and pursuant to other clauses stated in Agreement, in the amount of $912,087.23, with the work scheduled to commence on December 12, 2024, and shall continue until such time as Consultants work is completed, or this Agreement is otherwise terminated prior to that time.
