Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Vidcruiter Inc., NB Canada, for the latter to provide Oakland Unified School District a virtual interview platform which includes: 1) Up to 600 hires per year; 2) optional Single sign in (SSO); 3) unlimited user, unlimited applicants and unlimited interviews, as delineated in Exhibits A and B, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of November 15, 2024 through November 15, 2025 in an amount not to exceed $14,400.00.
