Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1 of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Roda Leadership Development, Oakland, CA, for the latter to meet one-on-one with key stakeholders to share the vision for the work outlined in this plan, as described in the scope of work of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the lesser amount of $10,000.00, decreasing the Agreement from $20,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $10,000.00, and decreasing the Agreement term from October 7, 2024 through May 29, 2025 to January 8, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
