Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and WILDCARE, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide its Nature Van that is full of taxidermy, skeletons, biofacts, and more to 2nd graders on April 16, 2025, from 10:35 A.M. to 1:20 P.M. and to 2nd graders on April 17, 2025, from 9:25 A.M. to 1:20 P.M. to learn about Wildlife in Peril (Formerly Going Green) and to Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students and Kindergarten students to learn about Redwood Giants on May 23, 2025, from 12:15 P.M. to 2:15 P.M., as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Lincoln Elementary School, for the period of April 16, 2025 through May 23, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $414.40.00.
