Adoption by the Board of Education of an Agreement for Maintenance and Support of Electronic Health Records System; Assignment of Rights and Delegation of Duties on Contract, File ID No. 24-1461, Enactment No. 24-1293, 6/26/2024*, by and between the District and Welligent, LLC, Norfolk, VA, (“Assignor”) and Continuum Cloud, LLC, Tampa, FL, (“Assignee”), for the latter to assume and provide ongoing maintenance and support of the Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) for the District’s Health Services Department, (e.g. medical orders, medical charting) and to ensure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance in the storage and access of personally-identifiable health information, via the Special Education Department, at no additional cost to the District. ___ *Welligent, LLC Agreement, July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $67,405.90 (File ID No. 24-1461, Enactment No. 24-1293, 6/26/2024).
