Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Jewish Community Center (JCC) of the East Bay, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to participate in after school program planning and follow all necessary transition protocols, as describe in the attached Scope of Work, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in relation to assuming role of after school lead agency for Thornhill Elementary School in relation to the upcoming After School Master Contract 2025-2028 period, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00.
