Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Lease Agreement by and between the District and Mobile Modular Management Corporation, Livermore, CA, increasing with the latter the contract amount, due to rate increase, as outlined in the Proposals dated February 11, 2025, which is attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, by $95,242.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount from $1,024,427.00 to $1,119,669.00, and to extending the lease term from June 8, 2023 through January 20, 2027 to December 27, 2027, for the Roosevelt Middle School Modernization Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
