Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Freedom Community Clinic, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide holistic healing services for employees during the District’s Staff Health Fair in April and the Racial Healing Summit in June to promote relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being, and as further described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of April 16, 2025 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $5,747.50.
