Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Quest Education Center, LLC dba Quest Nursing Education Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course for 15 OUSD Alumni through the OUSD Alumni Highway to Work programs, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the High School Linked Learning Department, for the period of June 2, 2025 through July 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $37,500.00.
