Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and All Good Living Foundation, Alameda, CA, for the latter to secure donated items in order to provide 300 McKinney-Vento students and their families with much basic need items, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $5,000.00 to $10,000.00, for the unchanged period of September 20, 2024 through May 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
