Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and SEAL (Sobrato Early Academic Language), Milpitas, CA, for the latter to additionally provide customized/locally driven professional development and technical assistance to strengthen District’s alignment around biliteracy and District’s assessment trajectory as well as coaching support to create grade level yearlong plans, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00, for the unchanged term of August 06, 2024 through June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
