Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Black Cultural Zone Community Development, Oakland, CA, for the latter to implement 6 interactive summer program assemblies/concerts for the Bridge to Kindergarten and TK students, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $11,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from$ 27,820.00 to $38,820.00 and extending the Agreement term from October 01, 2024 through June 20, 2025 to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
