Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2024-2025 by and between the District and Black Cultural Zone Community Development, Oakland, Ca, for the latter to provide summer learning after school pod casting classes for 20 students, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in an unchanged amount not to exceed $52,690.00 and the Agreement term extended from September 16, 2024 through May 30, 2025 to June 30, 2025. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
