Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) by and between the District and Ignite Reading, San Francisco, CA, for the latter through the SA to provide 15 min/day, 5 days/week (75 min/week) of targeted 1:1viritual foundational reading skills instruction with a highly trained accountable tutor to 720 students across 23 school, at no cost to the District, for the term July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and under the DSA, the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Ignite Reading, and the protection by Ignite Reading, of such data, for the same term as the SA, via the Academics and Instruction Department.
