Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Crowe, LLP, Sarasota, FL, for the latter, utilizing various resources and tools, to conduct threat research and analysis of social medial and darknet sources related to client and neighboring communities, as it may have an impact on the safety, security or integrity of District’s student population and parents, and based on assessment report and address issues, as further described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the term January 2, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not-to-exceed $5,400.00.
