Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Grocery Products Supply Contract (RFP #22-140NS) by and between the District and Gold Star Foods, Ontario, CA, for the latter to provide unchanged grocery products for Nutrition Services Programs, exercising the second of two one-year options, renewing the Contract, in an additional amount not to exceed $500,000.00, increasing the Contract not to exceed amount from $10,500,000.00 to $11,000,000.00 and extending the term of the Contract from July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.
