Approval by the Board of Education of a Oakland Unified School District CMAS Purchase and Installation Agreement by and between the District and Audio Enhancement, Inc., West Jordan, UT, for the latter to purchase and install a new Public Address System (PA) for the Prescott Elementary School-Site Improvement and Public Address System Replacement Project, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the not-to-exceed amount of $323,932.40 which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $18,200.00 for Additional Services, with services scheduled to commence on June 26, 2025, and is scheduled to last until September 30, 2025.
