Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Kirstin Hernandez, Oakland, CA, for the latter to facilitate the transfer of ParentSquare project management to central departments and schools sites towards sustaining implementation, annual system set up maintenance and oversight processes, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Communications Department, for the period of August 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $30,000.00.
