Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (“HYA”), Arlington Heights, IL, negotiated with and executed pursuant to Resolution No. 2526-0186, for the latter to conduct the executive search for the Superintendent of Schools position, as described in Exhibit A, and in RFP #26-164COS, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Board of Education, for the term November 13, 2025 to November 13, 2026 at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00.
