Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Restroom Alert, LLC, Fleming Island, FL, for the latter to provide a 24/7 service that monitors all approved OUSD restrooms, allowing the Custodial Services Management Team to track service requests, identify recurring issues, analyze staff response times, and optimize cleaning schedules and supply utilization; provide training of staff in use of system and continuous phone and email support, via the Custodial Services Department, for the term of August 1, 2025 through May 29, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $116,530.00.
