Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Kim Woolley, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support expanded learning programs by analyzing the impact of ELOP schools participating in the ExLO arts enrichment initiative, as describe in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by refer3ence as though fully set forth, for the unchanged term of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $39,340.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $71,660.00 to $111,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
