Ratifies up to $100,000 for UpFront Interpreting's sign language and captioning services
UpFront Interpreting will provide American Sign Language interpretation, captioning and written communication support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing district employees. It covers lessons, Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, parent conferences and staff meetings, and helps the district meet the Americans with Disabilities Act. The agreement runs from October 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. This is a ratification, so the agreement's start date came before the Board vote.
