Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Destiny Arts Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two additional school sites to the Scope of Work: the Cheer Program twice a week for up to twenty students at Prescott Elementary School; and a new dance class for up to two days a week for up to 20 students per class at Korematsu Discovery Academy, each, for the unchanged term of August 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $9,370.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $75,000.00 to $84,370.00.
