Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Wisdom Electric & Handyman Service, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to perform major and minor technical repairs on a variety of custodial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers, high-speed and floor scrubbers, wet vacuums, electric and gas utility vehicles, as well as ride-on and walk-behind machines; provide training to designated personnel in technical repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment evaluation; assessing and purchasing necessary replacement parts, tracking inventory levels, and maintaining records of completed repairs and serviced equipment, via the Custodial Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $67,710.00.
