Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Eric Span, Chula Vista, CA, for the latter to help design and implement a growth-centered training system for Field Supervisors in District Nutrition Services using the Training, Assessment, Retraining, Accountability model, providing Nutrition Services Coordinator and Field Supervisors with structured coaching, site visit checklists, KPI dashboards, and coverage logs to strengthen compliance and operational consistency; conduct two on-site coaching visits per month and a minimum of four hours per week of virtual support to guide implementation, with key deliverables including the launch of a live "Wall of Fame" dashboard to track site coverage, compliance, and performance; creation of tablet-ready forms to log visits and coaching activities; and develope a recognition and support framework; build and handoff, with full documentation, training modules, leadership development plans, and operational SOPs by June 2026, via the Nutrition Services Department, for the period of November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $57,600.00.
