Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement by and between the District and Yeah, Art!, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional day of after school music enrichment at Westlake Middle School and an additional 10 students will be served in current program at Montera Middle School, for the period of August 04, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $14,852.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $71,940.00 to $86,792.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
