Accepts free Amira reading tutoring and family coaching from The Oakland REACH, plus a data agreement

The Oakland REACH will give students access to Amira, a virtual reading tutoring platform, at no cost, along with family coaching, tech help and updates on student progress. A separate data-sharing agreement sets how the district shares student data with REACH and how REACH protects it. Both run August 18, 2025 through June 30, 2026, and the board is approving them after the start date.
