Sets up a no-cost teacher and counselor intern partnership with CSU Monterey Bay through 2030

This memorandum of understanding (MOU) lets California State University Monterey Bay place teaching and school-support interns and fieldwork students in OUSD from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030. It costs the district nothing, except that some non-teaching interns in student-support fields may get stipends paid from nonprofit grants to the district, such as the Ed Fund.
