Re-approves the 2025-26 year of a City of Oakland internship stipend grant, already accepted in December 2025; no new money

This is the City of Oakland's amendment for the 2025-26 year of an Oakland Fund for Children and Youth grant that pays stipends for students in summer internships in the Linked Learning program Exploring College, Career, and Community Options (ECCCO). It sets $225,000 a year for 2022-23 through 2025-26, a total of $900,000, with the term ending September 30, 2025. The Board had already accepted the 2025-26 $225,000 on December 10, 2025 (25-2573), so this vote adds no new money; it was approved after the term ended.

Plain-English summary written by AI from the official text. Reviewed Oct 3, 2026

Corrected Oct 3, 2026: Corrected: this was counted as adding $225,000. The same 2025-26 award was already accepted on December 10, 2025 (25-2573), so it is counted once, there.

Discrepancy from the official text. The 2025-26 $225,000 was already accepted in 25-2573 (December 10, 2025). The text also prints the prior total as "$675,00.00", gives the prior end date as June 30, 2024, and calls this the First Amendment while the attached document calls itself the Second Amendment.
