Notes on the official text

  • A second reading of the official text found a previous total of $5,123,238.99.
  • The prior contract total is printed as "$5,123.238.99" with a period instead of a comma, but its intended value of $5,123,238.99 is clear and adds up with the $93,147.00 increase to $5,216,385.99.
