Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2526-0049 - Approving Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE), Hayward, CA, for the purpose of enabling the Parties to leverage the Inclusive Early Education Expansion Program Grant (IEEEP) 2.0 funds to support the District with increasing access for children with disabilities, including children with severe disabilities, to inclusive Early Learning and Care (ELC) Programs, particularly in low-income and high-need communities…, as described in the “Scope of Services”, effective upon the date of execution by both the parties and shall continue through December 31, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $809,234.00, for implementation and funding, as specified, to District.
