Stanford to train staff on youth substance-use interventions at no cost, with a student data sharing agreement

Stanford University will train OUSD staff and researchers to use research-based interventions for youth affected by substance use or the justice system, and will deliver them and study the results. A separate data sharing agreement sets rules for how the District shares student data with Stanford and how Stanford protects it. Both agreements are at no cost to the District, and the services run April 24, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
